In lieu of wine-related posts, I’m taking the opportunity to pull a page from the, “To know a man, look at his bookshelf” school of thought, but instead of my bookshelf, I’m highlighting an RSS feed a day that I keep up with that is non wine-related—grist for the mill, so to speak.

What I like about the site: In the Midwest, if you’re not a college football fan then there’s something un-American about you. Give me the pomp and circumstance with a band at a college game over an NFL game any day. I happen to be a huge Notre Dame fan and come Saturday afternoons in the fall, it’s the one thing I completely clear my calendar for. From kick-off to final whistle, I don’t miss a Notre Dame game. Every Day Should Be Saturday celebrates the glory that is college football.
